Easy Vegan JamTart : Recipe #21

Hey everyone!
The recipe of today isnt a simple jam tart but its Vegan! ....Oooh YES! ;)
An healthy version but so EASY and so YUMMY!!!!
Completely approved by my family and my friends ...SO.

Lets start!

For this vegan jam tart you need of...

3 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Vegetal Milk (Soy/Rice/Oat...)
1 Pinch of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of Sunflower Oil




In a large bowl start adding the flour, sugar, baking powder.
Mix all with a spoon and then create a kind of little hole in the middle of the mix of flour/sugar/baking powder, now add the oil and your favorite vegetal milk.
This last one could be of soy, rice, oat, almond, hazelnut and etc. Choose your favorite! This time Ive used the rice one.
Mix all once again until you get a "perfect dough" for a jam tart.
If your dough looks dry, add slowly a little bit of your favorite vegetal milk.
Now create a jamtart adding your favorite jam or fresh fruit.
Bake at 356°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
