The recipe of today is a vegan and healthy alternative to the classic meatballs.
As always , also this recipe is so easy to do.
Unbelievable but true these one are made of beans and no meat and eggs, so are completly VEGAN!
Also NOT FRIED but baked in oven!
So let's go with the recipe!!!!!
"Vegan Bean Bites"- Recipe #20:
2 Cups of Beans
1 Cup of Bread Crumb
1 Cup of Rice Flour
1 teaspoon of Curry
1 teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon of table Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Ginger (powder)
1 tablespoon of Rosemary
Sesame
Preheat the oven to 356 F (180°C)
For this recipe I've used pre-cooked beans the day before, with 3cups of water (for 2 cups of beans) an onion, celery , 2 cherry tomatoes , salt and extra virgin oil.
Firstly use a mixer to blend the beans. Then in a bowl mix all the ingredients together creating these delicious bites with a bit of sesame on. Et voila! So fast so delicious recipe. A good alternative for all the vegetarians.
Fast,delicious but HEALTHY!
