Ginger/Orange Juice


Hey....Good Morning to everyone! 
For today I wanna talk about this juice that often I use to drink for my breakfast or snack. That's so good and got a lot of benefits. 
This amazing, and so easy, juice is made with:  

☆2 Oranges (fresh juice)

☆1 teaspoon or more of grated Ginger  (root)

☆1 Lemon (juice)
  

Firstly this juice is a boost of vitamin C for the Orange and Lemon. Perfect for the flu and sore throat.
Then it's also DETOX , Yep, for the Lemon (once again) and Ginger.
Try it and let me know!

#VeganDay #1& #2 @NATURAMICA !

Hey everyone! 
Today I'm going to talk not about a recipe, I mean not properly, but about my first two #veganday at NATURAMICA Store (Here in Naples (Italy) where I live ...for now Haha). 
The first one was January 26th. I was a bit nervous but at the same time so excited to start and let taste, to all the costumers of this amazing store, my vegan oat cookies and cupcakes. As first #veganday was not bad, costumers appreciated so much my cookies. 
The second one was February 4th. Even this one so awesome! In this occasion there was "My Vegan Cheesecake" and the costumers loved it. A great joy for me to hear that.
In the Next post I'll share all' the recipes! 
I want to Thank all the people who came there and all the amazing staff of NATURAMICA , friendly and so kind ....special people. 😊

My Healthy Breakfast #4

Hey everyone! Finally here the "misterious" pic about my post on Instagram of yesterday.
So..."My Healthy Breakfast" was based on Oatmeal with Goji berries, Pistachios and Coconut flakes. Added to this healthy but yummy bowl to drink there was Matcha Latte (made with Matcha Tea powder + Rice milk);)!

"My Healthy Breakfast "#3

Hey everyone!In my breakfast today,not 1 but 2 special guests : my Vegan Oat Biscuits and
Organic Energiser by Little Miracles.
Then I added Almonds , Walnuts and a teaspoon of Chia Seeds to my Organic Energiser! The ingredients , of this delicious drink, are :

▪Green Tea
▪Pomegranate
▪Ginseng
▪Açai
▪Agave

About my vegan biscuits , they are made with oat flour ,rolled oat but this time  I've not used the vegetal milk, cause I didn't have it at home (in that moment, so...). SOON I'll post here the complete recipe!

" My Healthy Breakfast " #2

Hello everyone!
Here another idea of healthy breakfast for you all.

Today there was a "special guest" in my breakfast,  Aloe Vera Juice with Coconut. Looove it !

You have to try it and then Aloe has a lot of benefits for your health. Never tried an aloe juice like this!

In my plate there were Raisin, Coconut, Pecan & Brazilian Nuts and Puffed Rice with a tablespoon on of Chestnut Honey!
So delicious ❤

Homemade Vegan Cappuccino

Hey... Happy Sunday to everyone!
For today I decided to make a different breakfast for me and my family so...
                      
                                         VEGAN CAPPUCCINO

⊙ 1/3 cup of Coffee
⊙ 1/2 cup of Rice Milk
⊙ 2 teaspoons of Brown Sugar
⊙ Cinnamon

That' all! Easy and  sooo fast! 😉

" My Healthy Breakfast " #1

Hey everyone! Finally I decided (with a bit of delay but ok Haha )to post my first idea of breakfast during the summer season.
THIS idea of breakfast is healthy and vegan, so it's for everyone...for vegan friends and not.

Who follow me on Instagram knows that I love soo much the dried fruit and I add some of that to my breakfast, lunch or / and snacks.
So today in my breakfast there were almonds , raisin and coconut (toasted ).

Then in another post I'll talk about all the health benefits of these precious nuts. So... 😉
Another important thing is to get the right daily dose of fiber.
Usually I make vegan biscuits by myself but few days ago I found these vegan and Palm Oil Free biscuits and I was curious to try, and I've to say...NOT BAD!

Now it's time to talk about .... " My Golden Water" !!!! 😁
Many of you, for sure, know the famous "Golden Milk" made with spices and vegetal milk.
So, this winter I've tried many ways to re-create something of healthy like the Golden Milk but easy to make it, even you don't have (in that moment at home) your favorite vegetal milk!
So easy and so fast, you just need of few ingredients:

Ginger 》Turmeric 》and...
