Hey everyone! Finally I decided (with a bit of delay but ok Haha )to post my first idea of breakfast during the summer season.
THIS idea of breakfast is healthy and vegan, so it's for everyone...for vegan friends and not.
Who follow me on Instagram knows that I love soo much the dried fruit and I add some of that to my breakfast, lunch or / and snacks.
So today in my breakfast there were almonds , raisin and coconut (toasted ).
Then in another post I'll talk about all the health benefits of these precious nuts. So... 😉
Another important thing is to get the right daily dose of fiber.
Usually I make vegan biscuits by myself but few days ago I found these vegan and Palm Oil Free biscuits and I was curious to try, and I've to say...NOT BAD!
Now it's time to talk about .... " My Golden Water" !!!! 😁
Many of you, for sure, know the famous "Golden Milk" made with spices and vegetal milk.
So, this winter I've tried many ways to re-create something of healthy like the Golden Milk but easy to make it, even you don't have (in that moment at home) your favorite vegetal milk!
So easy and so fast, you just need of few ingredients:
Ginger 》Turmeric 》and...
