4 Dairy-Free Alternatives For Breakfast- All about to know- Benefits& Curiosities!

Amazing alternatives for vegans and people lactose intolerant.
Here 4 alternatives to cow milk and curiosities about...

-ALMOND MILK: 
-RICE MILK:
-SOY MILK:
-OAT MILK:

And there's also the"HEMP MILK" but I never tried before and in this post I want to talk about ONLY the ones I've personally tried and tested.
I love all of them but if I should chooose one I 'd say , rice milk, because is very sweet, naturally,(for somone is too sweet) like the almond one. I began with the rice milk but everyone can try all and then choose the one that prefer on all.
These alternatives are healthy, vegan and lowfat. Eating dairy-free isn't just a choice but sometimes it's very important for the health, people who have allergy or intollerance.
