Vegetarian Burgers w/ Mung Beans- Recipe#15

Hey everyone!!!
The recipe of today is going to be the first of several recipes for all the vegetarian friends who want eat legums in many different ways!

Today I'm going to use green "Mung Beans"!
"Mung Beans"  also known as green gram or golden gram and is mainly cultivated in Thailand, India, China, Indonesia and all the hot/dry region of southern Europe and USA,
This type of beans are delicious and rich of Vitamins (B-C), Protiens, Manganese, Calcium, Potassium.

There's a long list with all the advantages/health benefits to eat these beans.
1. Clears toxins from body
2. Helps to lose weight
3. Reduces the cholesterol level
4. Prevent breast cancer
5. Excellent food for diabetics
6.Reduces heart problems
7. Maintain healty vision

"Vegetarian Burgers w/ Mung Beans"-
 Recipe#15

2 Cups of baked Mung Beans
1 Tablespoon of Sweet Paprika (powder)
1/2 Cup of Flaxseeds
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of Turmeric (powder)
1/2 Cup of Bread Crumbs
Salt
Extra Virgin Oil





In a large bowl add the beans, the egg, bread crumbs, paprika, turmeric, salt, oil and mix all together.
Then create the "burgers" and cover them with more bread crumbs.
Now in a fry pan bake the burgers with a few drops of oil.
A couple of minutes for side and they are ready to eat!
