Hello to everyone!
The recipe of today is, as always, easy and very fast to do.
These "sweet roses" are filled with my homemade Black Cherries jam but you can use your favorite one, the result is the same.

"Sweet Roses"- Recipe #14
2 Cups of Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 Cup of Brow Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
2 Eggs (Medium)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilline(powder)
1/2 Cup of Margarine
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
1 Cup of Jam
As first preheat the oven to 356°F(180°C)
In a large bowl add the flour, sugar, vanilline, baking powder and the salt.
Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the eggs and the melted margarine.
Now wrap up the mixture in a foil of plastic wrap and put all in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
After the 30 minutes we are ready to create these "roses", filling all with the jam.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes!
