"Homemade Yogurt Popsicles" (No Sugar) - Recipe #17

Hey everyone!
The recipe of today is an healthy alternative(but always delicious) to the classic ice-cream, composed simply by yogurt, fruit and agave syrup.
The agave syrup is an amazing and natural alternative to refined sugar and artificial sweeteners, with lots of benefits. I've used peaches and plums but you can use your favourite fruit.
This kind of recipe is very useful when you have very rape fruits.
Before the recipe, here's some curiosities about the ingredients we're going to use for this recipe...


Peaches:

- 1 peach contains about 35-50 calories and NO Fat
- Vitamins: A,C,E,K
- Minerals: Selenium, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc and Phosphorus
- Antioxidants and Fiber
- have a diuretic effect
- good remedy for stress and anxiety


Plums:

- Minerals: Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Iron
Beta Carotene
Antioxidants
- Vitamins: A, B, B6, K, C
have Anti-Cancer properties(protect from growth of cancerous cell and tumour)


Yogurt:

-Yogurt is a High-Protein food

-Minerals: Phosphorus, Zinc, Potassium, Calcium

-keeps aways and prevent lots of diseases about the gastrointestinal tract

maintains red blood cells and helps keeps your nervous system functioning properly

-Vitamins: B5, B6, B12, D

- prevent high blood pressure

1/2 Cup Agave Syrup
1-1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
