The recipe of today is a classic dessert that lots of people love to eat.
I'm talking about "Cheesecake"!

"Basic Cheesecake "- Recipe #12

2 Cups  of Cream Cheese (like Philadelphia Cheese)

1 Cup of Cane Sugar

1 lemon

1 teaspoon of Vanillin

3 Eggs (Medium)

3 Cups of crumbled Biscuits

1 Cup of  Margarine

2 cup of Black Cherry Jam

Bake at 356F (180°C)
