Usually the recipe is made with butter or margarine but I'm going to use the oilseed, same result but with low calories...
This is a great alternative, tasty and with the raisin lot of energy and benefits.

"Oatmeal Cookies w/ Raisin "- Recipe #10
2 Medium Eggs
3 Cups of Whole-Wheat Flour
1 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Cup of Grated Coconut
1 Cup of Raisin
2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon (powder)
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 Cup of Oilseed
1 Cup of Cane Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Table Salt
Firstly preheat the oven to 356F (180°C)
In a large bowl add all the dry ingredients(flour-oatmeal-coconut-sugar-bakingsoda-salt-cinnamon) then the eggs and the oilseed .
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
