"Muffins w/ Ried Tomatoes & Sesam"
3 Medium Eggs
3 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour
2 Cups of Manitoba (Bread Flour)
1/2 Cup of oilseed
1/4 of Milk (or Soy Milk)
2 Teaspoons of Brewer's Yeast (powder)
2 Teaspoons of White Granulet Sugar
5 Tablespoons of Flax-Seeds
4 Tablespoons of Sesam Seeds
2 Tablespoons of Pine Nuts
2 Tablespoons of Pine Nuts
Oregano
2 Teaspoons of Salt
15 Ried Tomatoes
1/4 Cup of Wine Vinegar
Preheat oven to 347°F ( 175 °C)
In a large bowl start to add to whisk all the dried ingredients: the flours, yeast + sugar, all the seeds(sesam&flax), pine nuts and salt.
When the all the dried ingredients are all mixed well, add little by little the milk and then the oil until the mixture is uniform.
Take a muffin pan ( with baking cups) and fill all with the mixture, then sprinkle all the muffins with oregano, sesam and bake for 20/25 minutes.
