Spiced Soup w/ Broccoli and toasted bread- Recipe # 2

Hey everyone come back with another recipe, this time not sweet but a delicious  Soup! In this recipe we gonna use two spices: Ginger and Paprika (both in powder). I love and love to use the spices, there's no excuses to not use them. They make your meal more delicious using, even if not completely, little less of salt and sugar. Used with moderation all the spices have their benefits on our health.
So...

Recipe#2: Spiced Soup with Broccoli and Toasted Bread

4 medium potatoes
1/2 leek
4 tablespoons of Ginger Powder
4 tablespoons of Paprika Powder
1 tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon of Cooking Salt
baked Broccoli
dices of Toasted Bread
Extra Virgin Oil

Boil in a medium pot filled of water, the potatoes (peeled) with leek slices, salt, ginger and paprika for 30 minutes. Use an immersion blender to get a cream of potatoes/leeks. Serve the soup adding the broccoli, dices of toasted bread and the last but not the least a touch of extra virgin oil!
